Once we agree that we are a good match, we will schedule an hour and a half appointment. In this time, we will take care of paper work, discuss our expectations, review confidentiality, and confirm payment. Fees are $70 per hour for individuals; If this creates great financial hardship, please let me know so we can discuss other options. Of greatest importance is that you get the help you need. No insurance is accepted; self-pay only. Credit cards, checks or Venmo payments are welcome. Our sessions will last one hour on average. The number of sessions we have will be dependent on your needs and your personal preferences. There is no set time frame for resolving issues (one of the benefits of not answering to your insurance carrier). My desire is that you will come ready to work and to commit to doing what it takes.  I look forward to sharing renewed hope!
